Video Interview Jessica Hardy Surprises Self in Santa Clara During Hard Training

SANTA CLARA, California, June 4. JESSICA Hardy surprised herself with a fast time in the 100 breaststroke at the Arena Grand Prix. She talks to Swimming World about the changes she has made to racing the event, and how she's working to make her freestyle and breaststroke succeed equally at the same meet in time for the world championship trials.

Hardy is also on the cover of the current June issue of Swimming World Magazine! The article talks about Hardy's life post-Olympics, which has included a red carpet appearance at the 2013 Grammy Awards as well as an opportunity to race a car in the 37th annual Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race. At the same time, the former Swimming World female High School Swimmer of the Year in 2005 has mapped out a number of professional goals–both in and out of the pool.
