(Video Interview) Erica Sullivan Motivated For The Future

In a close women’s 1650 freestyle battle, Erica Sullivan took second with a time of 15:40.42 at the 2017 AT&T Winter Nationals. The 17-year-old, who swims for Sandpipers of Nevada, entered the meet with 15:47.39, knocking off seven seconds from her personal best.

Sullivan, whose swim tonight moves her to sixth all-time for the 17-18 age group, discusses how this year has been an adjustment period for her. The 2018 USC commit also explains her relationship with Cody Miller and her unique way to make the pain of swimming going away.
