SANTA CLARA, California, June 23. CIERRA Runge had an outstanding meet at the Arena Grand Prix in Santa Clara, including placing second in the 200 free and winning the 800 free.

In this video interview after the 200 free final, Runge talked about the excitement of swimming next to her future teammates from the California Golden Bears and why the atmosphere in Berkeley was the right place for her. She also talked about her pacing for the 800 free, which turned out to be a bit of foreshadowing as she managed to barely negative split the race.

Plenty more video interviews are available from the deck at the George Haines International Swim Center on SwimmingWorld.TV!
