GOLD COAST, Australia, August 21. CAMMILE Adams’ side-breathing technique worked to her advantage tonight in the 200 butterfly final at the Pan Pacific championships, as she stared down rival Natsumi Hoshi to win her first major international title.

In this video interview, Adams talked about her goal of breaking 2:07 in the race, having Hoshi on one side of her and young teammate Katie McLaughlin on the other side. She also gushed about being on the world championship team with McLaughlin and what training will be like for her in the fall.
