(Video Interview) Asia Seidt Fulfilled Her Expectations

Kentucky’s Asia Seidt finished second in the women’s 200 back at the NCAA Championships, stopping the clock in 1:49.24. The sophomore also finished seventh in the 200 IM and ninth in the 100 back.

She said that she is “pretty happy” with her swim and that her second NCAA Championships is a different experience than her freshman year. She also discussed how she wanted to prove to herself that she could come off a strong SEC Championships and still swim fast this weekend.
