Variety Is The Spice of May Issue’s Workout Card in Swimming World Magazine

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 8. NO matter what your swimming goals, readers will find something for everyone with the Workout Card in the current issue of Swimming World Magazine.

The May Workout Card is authored by Chris Colburn, co-head coach of the Academy Bullets Masters and head girls coach at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.

Due to the wide range of athletes, ages 18-55, served by the Academy Bullets Masters, Colburn is constantly focusing on diversity in his workouts. There must be enough difficulty to challenge competitive Masters swimmers and triathletes, but at the same time be relevant for those swimmers whose focus is purely on increasing fitness.

Be sure to check out Colburn's workouts in the May issue. There is bound to be something of interest whatever your swimming level.
