USA Swimming Long Course Nationals: Tucson Ford Wins Women’s 400 Medley Relay

PALO ALTO, California, August 6. TUCSON Ford claimed the women's 400 medley relay at the USA Swimming Long Course Nationals.

Sarah Denninghoff (1:01.71), Annie Chandler (1:08.01), Lauren Smart (59.86) and Margo Geer (54.67) posted a time of 4:04.25 for the win. Tennessee's Jennifer Connolly (1:01.30), Molly Hannis (1:09.34), Kelsey Floyd (59.24) and Lindsay Gendron (54.61) finished a close second in 4:04.49.

Stanford B's Elizabeth Webb (1:02.19), Elizabeth Smith (1:10.34), Elaine Breeden (59.26) and Kate Dwelley (54.23) rounded out the top three in 4:06.02.

Stanford A (4:08.16), Team Bruin (4:08.76), Ohio State (4:10.27), Tucson Ford B (4:10.93), and Palo Alto (4:11.37) completed the top eight teams in the event.
