COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, July 1. USA Swimming has been posting information for the last few weeks about swimsuits and their availability at the 2009 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming National Championships.
Suit manufacturers must sign a "Representation of Availability" form and submit to USA Swimming in order for its suits to be used in Indianapolis. In order for swimsuits to be used in Indianapolis, they must be on the FINA-approved list and fulfill one of the two availability options listed on the form.
Manufacturers Who Have Submitted Forms
As of June 30, 2009, the following suit companies have submitted this form to USA Swimming and have their suit commercially available. This means that their suits that are on the FINA-approved list will be acceptable for Indianapolis. This list will be updated daily as forms are submitted. Suit manufacturers have until July 1 to complete the Representation of Availability forms:

All athletes should plan to have the suit(s) they plan to wear in-hand PRIOR to the competition. While the suit manufacturers will have some supplies on hand, we strongly encourage you to have suit decisions made prior to the competition.
