Tom Shields shot down some of the top names in the sport to win the men’s 100-meter fly at the Arena Pro Swim Series Charlotte.

Shields took down Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte, and talked with the media afterwards to explain how the 200-meter free plays into his training as well.
