PHOENIX, Arizona, May 16. THE Friday edition of The Morning Swim Show visits with the head coach of the Arizona State University swim team and talks to the newest national high school record holder.

Host Peter Busch opens the show with the breaking news that swimsuit manufacturer TYR is suing USA Swimming, Mark Schubert and Erik Vendt in the latest round of battles among the suit makers in recent months.

Brent Rutemiller was on the scene at Arizona State University to talk to Head Coach Mike Chasson in the aftermath of the cut of his men's team from the athletic roster there. Chasson talks about the effect the cancellation could have on his women's team and what supporters can do financially to keep the team alive.

In Reaction Time, Busch speaks with Karlee Bispo, the new national high school record holder in the girls' 200 free. Bispo talks about the hard workout she did the day before the meet and how she was able to swim the time unshaved and untapered. She also talks about the confidence the swim gave her heading into the Olympic Trials and her freshman year at the University of Texas.
