The Morning Swim Show: Ous Mellouli Talks About Life After Olympic Victory, Swimming in World Cup; John Lohn Recaps Week’s Stories

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 7. AN interview with Olympic champion Ous Mellouli is the main focus of today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Just before taking to the pool in the fourth stop of the FINA World Cup circuit, Mellouli talks with host Peter Busch from Moscow about his life since winning the gold medal in the 1500 freestyle in Beijing and why he made the decision to return to competition so quickly. Mellouli also gives his thoughts on the FINA points system for the World Cup meets and why it seems to favor sprinters.

Swimming World Magazine senior writer John Lohn analyzes some of the top stories of the week, from the impact of high-tech suits in high school and college swimming to Mellouli's return to competition.
