PHOENIX, Arizona, October 28. NATALIE Coughlin talks for the final time about her experiences on "Dancing With the Stars," and we present another grueling workout from an NCAA All-American-turned-coach today on The Morning Swim Show.

Coughlin talks about the emotions she still has for the show a week after being eliminated, what she will miss about the daily rehearsals with partner Alec Mazo and how her husband has become her new training partner as she eases back into life in the pool. In the Set of the Week, Dave Rollins talks about a grueling IM set that he experienced as a swimmer and now unleashes on his swimmers. The full workout can be seen below the video player.
