PHOENIX, Arizona, October 19. INTERVIEWS with top swimmers from the Arizona state high school 1A/2A/3A championships, and a look at the way to use kicking to get the most out of swimmers during a main set are part of today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Garrett McCaffrey interviews Danielle Lee, voted the girls' swimmer of the meet. Lee talks about winning the first of two individual events at the meet and how the music on her iPod gets her prepped for each event. Evan Decker, the boys' swimmer of the meet, talks about his two individual and two relay victories, as well as the feeling of winning the team championship. Finally, we introduce a weekly segment called "Tip of the Week." Here, Arizona State Assistant Coach Brian Pursley talks about integrating kick within the main set.
