PHOENIX, Arizona, November 23. THE members of the high school national record-setting boys' 200 medley relay are the highlight of today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, which also includes a look at a freestyle drill used by the top Australian freestylers.

Ryan Murphy, Sergio Lujan Rivera, Timmy Romano and Tommy Gutman talk about the goals they set throughout the season in preparation for a run at the national record and how they worked together to achieve the amazing time. In the Tip of the Week segment, we see a few freestyle drills used by such swimmers as Eamon Sullivan, Andrew Lauterstein and Matthew Abood.
