Then, he interviews John Tanner, the head coach of the second-seeded Stanford team. Tanner talks about his team's quest to unseat UCLA at the top of the pyramid, how the Olympics has affected his team and whether the exclusion of water polo from the upcoming Junior Olympics will affect the sport.

In Reaction Time, Swimming World Magazine senior writer John Lohn analyzes the women's 400 freestyle race in Beijing. He said it will probably take a sub-4:00 swim to win gold.
