PHOENIX, Arizona, November 6. TODAY'S edition of The Morning Swim Show looks into the controversy surrounding fractured state swimming and diving championships and offers more dryland training tips.

Host Peter Busch opens the show with news about an auction for one of the swimming caps Michael Phelps wore at the Olympics and voting for the Golden Goggle Awards. In the High School Thursday segment, host Peter Busch talks to Brophy East Swim Team head coach Dave Gibson about the problems facing Arizona high school swimmers regarding the four different state championships. Gibson talks about the need to combine all four meets into one to create a more competitive championships.

In a special Tips and Technique segment, trainer JR Rosania shows exercises to help swimmers develop stronger muscles for starts and turns, as well as develop a stronger core.
