PHOENIX, Arizona, May 16. LATER this week, the USA women's water polo team will face Canada in the prelim matches of the World League Super Final, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, Kelly Rulon describes the tournament and how it sets the USA up for the remainder of the year.

Rulon, who is one of the team's top point scorers, talks about her training and how she and the USA squad work with each other in their quest to win the world championship title and later earn a berth to compete in the Olympics.
