PHOENIX, Arizona, March 9. ELIZABETH Beisel is back on The Morning Swim Show to preview her first NCAA championships.

From her battle with Katinka Hosszu in the 400 IM to her chances to win the 200 backstroke, Beisel's NCAA championship debut will not be easy, and she says she's ready for the challenges. She also talks about how training has been different from her work back in Rhode Island, from the dryland routine to her workouts in the pool.
