The Morning Swim Show, March 16, 2011: KJ Shaw Defied Expectations to Race in College Conference Meet

PHOENIX, Arizona, March 16. TODAY'S edition of The Morning Swim Show features an interview with College of William and Mary sophomore KJ Shaw, who bucked the odds and had a successful conference meet last month.

Shaw suffered a major head injury in October 2010, but was persistent in getting back into the pool in time for the Colonial Athletic Association's conference meet, where he broke his own school record. He talks about the circumstances behind the accident, how he trained afterwards and why the date of accident had eerie coincidences.
