The Morning Swim Show, June 25, 2012: Jeff Commings Previews Third Trip to Olympic Trials

PHOENIX, Arizona, June 25. TODAY at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Neb., Jeff Commings will be one of more than 100 competitors in the men's 100 breaststroke at the U.S. Swimming Trials. Before he departed for the meet, he talked with Tiffany Elias about his journey for today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Commings also details his past Olympic Trials experiences in 1992 and 1996 and why this time around will be different, mostly from a mental perspective. He also details why swimming has become more enjoyable for him and what advice he'd give young swimmers as they prepare for the biggest meet of their lives.
