PHOENIX, Arizona, June 22. CHLOE Sutton's main goal this summer is to win gold at the world championships, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show she talks about the training she's put in toward that goal.

A heavy workload has been part of the training philosophy for decades for the Mission Viejo Nadadores, and Sutton talks about the intense workouts she has been putting in with the elite distance training group there. She also talks about her decision to forgo open water swimming and which events are her best shot at gold next month in Shanghai.
