The Morning Swim Show, Jan. 18, 2011: Bruce Wigo Details New Open Water Safety Device

PHOENIX, Arizona, January 18. BRUCE Wigo, the CEO of the International Swimming Hall of Fame, joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about a new product he helped create to make open water swimmers safer.

This product, which acts as a buoy for swimmers to hang on when tired while training in open water, could be used for elite open water competitions, Wigo says, and he plans to state such a case to FINA, especially in the aftermath of Fran Crippen's death.
