The Morning Swim Show: Interview With Julia Smit (With World Record Video Footage); Michael Phelps on “60 Minutes”

PHOENIX, Arizona, December 2. JULIA Smit's world and American record, as well as a European record by Paul Biedermann highlight Tuesday's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

In an interview conducted two weeks ago, Smit talks with host Peter Busch about her Olympic experience and how it has helped her transition back to college swimming. She talks briefly about her goals this season and what major goals her team has as they head toward the NCAA championships.

Paul Beidermann's European record in the 400 free is also highlighted, especially since it was less than a second off Grant Hackett's world record. And we recap Michael Phelps' interview with Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes, in which Phelps talked about his swims in Beijing and life after the Olympics.
