After talking about the new national records set at the French Olympic Trials, host Brent Rutemiller talks with 25-time national champion and Olympian Troy Dumais. Dumais, who won the three-meter springboard competition at the USA Diving spring nationals, talks about the "rollercoaster ride" he took en route to winning, and breaks down some of his favorite dives. He also gives a preview of the Olympic Trials in June, where he said all the competitors will be as hungry for a spot on the Olympic roster as he will be.

The show concludes with an exclusive interview with Steve Furniss, co-founder of TYR Sport. Furniss details the technology behind the TYR Tracer Rise, which debuted at the French Olympic Trials. He also talks about the ways that the swimsuit helps create a better relationship between a swimmer's center of mass and center of buoyancy, and answers critics who call the new technology "equipment" instead of "swimsuits."
