The Morning Swim Show, Feb. 26, 2010: Josh Schneider on Contending for NCAA Title; Black History Series Concludes

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 26. CINCINNATI swimmer Josh Schneider joins The Morning Swim Show to talk about he's evolved to becoming a legitimate contender for an NCAA title, and we wrap up our Black History month series.

Schneider has risen from a high school state champion who had never swum year-round to a contender for the NCAA title in the men's 50 free in just four years — and he's still improving. The Cincinnati resident talks about his growth as a swimmer, why he didn't perform well at the NCAAs last year and what he still needs to work on in order to be among the best sprinters in the country. Our Black History segment concludes with a look at what can be done to bet more minorities in the pool.
