The Morning Swim Show, Feb. 16, 2011: Conor Dwyer Ready to Defend NCAA Titles

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 16. CONOR Dwyer joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show on the eve of the SEC swimming championships in his home pool at the University of Florida.

Though he's excited about the conference meet this weekend, he's already looking ahead to the NCAAs, where he'll look to defend his titles in the 200 and 500 freestyles. He isn't sure what event he'll swim on the third day, but he and Coach Gregg Troy have been in conversation about it for a few months. Dwyer also talks about training next to Ryan Lochte and how it's helped his turns and underwater dolphin kicks.
