PHOENIX, Arizona, December 16. MASTERS world record holder Chris Stevenson joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, and an rising star in the individual medleys talks about a set that has helped improve his times.

Stevenson talks about breaking three Masters world records last weekend without the use of a high-tech suit and what circumstances led him to swim wearing only jammers. He also talks about the type of training he does to help his underwater dolphin kick, which leads into the Set of the Week, featuring Canadian swimmer David Dimitrov, who talks about a broken IM set he has done to help improve his IM times.
