Host Brent Rutemiller gives a brief recap of the dual meet between the Arizona men and the Stanford men held over the weekend. Albert Subirats of Arizona established the only "A" standard at the meet to help his team win the meet. The FINA Diving World Cup will take place in February at the Beijing Water Cube. Just as a host of swimmers were able to do earlier this month, the divers will get a chance to test the facility before the Olympic Games.

Rutemiller talks to Harold Cliff, the director of the Omaha Olympic Trials, to get an idea of the progress of the facility. In Reaction Time, George Block of USA Swimming talks about the pros and cons of having temporary pools built, similar to the one to be used in Omaha.

In Technique and Tips, Karla Wright, a sports nutritionist at Arizona State University, talks about the importance of recovery for college athletes.
