The Morning Swim Show, April 6, 2010: Tom Shields Analyzes Debut at NCAA Championships

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 6. NCAA champion Tom Shields returns to The Morning Swim Show to analyze his debut at the men's NCAA championships.

Shields relives the experience of winning the 100 fly and what type of training he started doing a few years ago to prepare him for the race. He also talks about the grueling demands of swimming the 100 fly and 200 free less than 20 minutes apart and why he's not quite ready to let go of the 200 free in favor of an easier racing program.
