PHOENIX, Arizona, April 28. LATER this week, the Irish nationals begins in Dublin, and Swimming World.TV producer Garrett McCaffrey joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to offer a preview of the American swimmers attending as part of the NCSA junior All-Star team.
