The Morning Swim Show, April 27, 2011: Ed Moses Using Masters Nationals to Gauge Progress on Comeback Trail

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 27. ED Moses, a two-time Olympic medalist, is on the comeback trail, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, he talks about how he's using this week's U.S. Masters nationals to tell how his training has progressed in the past six months.

Moses has been training with the breaststroke group at the University of Southern California's postgrad squad, and he discusses how he's been working on regaining the flow of the stroke that won him Olympic medals and helped him set world records. He also talks about how a visit to the Pan Pacific championships last summer – and his friend, Ryan Lochte – inspired him to get back in the pool.
