BALTIMORE, Maryland, December 18. MANY would call Joe Pascale's return to swimming highly unorthodox, but the 29-year-old continues to perform well, as judged by this recent interview at the 2012 Tom Dolan Invitational.

Pascale, who represents Nation's Capital Swim Club, talks about his segue from competitive swimming into mixed martial arts and how a broken jaw suffered during a cage match got him back into the pool.
