Swimming World Magazine Names Peter Bick Chief Photographer

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 14. SWIMMING World Magazine is pleased to announce that it has named Peter Bick its Chief Photographer.

"We are very pleased to have Peter Bick become our Chief Photographer," Swimming World CEO Brent Rutemiller said. "His experience and love for the sport of swimming is unmatched, and we look forward to Peter being at a lot more events for us in the upcoming years."

Bick has been shooting events for Swimming World Magazine for 20 years, and has been a go-to photographer at a laundry list of events. Bick first began shooting for Swimming World at the 1988 NCAA Women's Division I Championships, and has since photographed a litany of other meets.

Since 1988, Bick has shot nearly every NCAA Women's Division I Championship, and has also attended the 1992, 1996, 2000 and 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials on Swimming World's behalf. Additionally, Bick photographed the 2004 and 2005 FINA World Championships as well as the 2003 and 2007 USA Swimming National Championships for the publication, along with various other top-flight competitions.
