Swimming World Magazine Cactus Classic Becoming International Affair

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 22. THE second annual Swimming World Magazine Cactus Classic has seen a rise in the international flavor of its attendees after a successful inaugural event as hosted by the Scottsdale Aquatic Club and Sun Devil Aquatics.

On top of the standard set of teams coming from the United States, the rest of Central and North America will be represented with international clubs coming to the Valley of the Sun.

The Grand Prairie Piranhas have committed to the event from Canada, while Swim Guatemala will also be in attendance. Additionally, a pair of squads from Mexico has signed up with Dorados de Natacion Chihuahua and Escuela Olimpica de Natacion both on their way.

The meet will be held May 23-26 in Tempe and Scottsdale.
