Strengthening Your Breaststroke Pull with JR Rosania

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 25. ELITE strength trainer and regular Swimming World Magazine contributor JR Rosania, of JR HealthPlex, is back today with a breaststroke strengthening exercise.

Top Arizona high school swimmer Jamie Bryan demonstrates the exercise, which uses a weighted cable system and softballs used as a substitute for paddles. Bryan mimics the breaststroke pull motion, strengthening numerous chest and back muscles in the process.
