Several New Teams Join Swimming World Team Partnership Program

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 20. IN the past few weeks, three new teams have joined the Swimming World family as Team Partners.

Little Rhody Aquatic Club of Cumberland, R.I., joined with head coach John O'Neill bringing more than 25 years of successful coaching experience to the club's programs. A club rich in history, read their story.

Swimming World also welcomes the Walla Walla Swim Club from Walla Walla, Wash. The club carries a team of 25 members. Its mission statement is to develop and promote competitive swimming for all ages and abilities, encourage health and fitness, develops athletes with high self esteem, respect and sportsmanship in the sport of swimming and the community in a nationally recognized program.

Out of Williamsburg, Va., the Williamsburg Aquatic Club brings 150 team members to the team partnership program. The Williamsburg Aquatic Club develops the required skills for local, state, and national levels of competitive swimming, while at the same time building confidence, character, sportsmanship, team spirit, and physical fitness in the athlete. The program allows the swimmer to dedicate himself/herself to achieving the highest levels of competition and personal performance while also developing a lifelong interest in the sport of swimming.
