Ryan Lochte Graces Cover of Swimming World Magazine For Fourth Time

PHOENIX, Arizona, December 2. WITH his World Swimmer of the Year honor, Ryan Lochte made the cover of Swimming World Magazine for the second time this year, and fourth time in his career.

His fourth appearance tied him with a host of the top swimmers in the history of the sport:
