Relive April 17 Live Edition of The Morning Swim Show: Records Chased on Four Continents; “Swim With Mike” Organizers

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 17. TODAY'S live edition of The Morning Swim Show featured interviews with the man for whom the "Swim with Mike" fundraising event is named, as well as the event founder.

In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. MST), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch's rundown of the fast swims taing place on four continents Thursday evening. Busch also talked with Mike Nyeholt, who was injured in a motorcycle accident in 1981and was paralyzed. Nyeholt recalled the events leading up to the fundraising event held for him and how it grew to help physically challenge students across the country.

Busch also talked to Ron Orr, who created the "Swim With Mike" event. Orr spoke of the uncertaintly behind the first event and how it has grown to include acting and swimming celebrities.
