Now in her fifth season with the team, Stratton-Mills has enjoyed lots of success with her athletes. She’s also worked hard to help potential swimmers from diverse backgrounds have the chance to become better athletes at her club through scholarships. She talks about the programs at the Asphalt Green pool that helps to identify those athletes and how a new pool in Brooklyn might boost the program’s exposure in the area.
