Race Video: Ruta Meilutyte Clocks 2nd Fastest 100 Breast in 2015

Ruta Meilutyte jumped to second in the world in the women’s 100-meter breast yesterday at the Sheffield Premier Meet.

Meilutyte topped the 100-meter breast finale with a time of 1:05.99. That’s the second 1:05 of the year with Yuliya Efimova posting a world-best 1:05.89 at the Mission Viejo Invitational in her first post-doping ban swim.

Earlier today, she also moved to second in the 50-meter breaststroke with a 31.06 in prelims of the event.
