Poll of the Week: Who Will Win the NCAA Division I Women’s Team Title?

PHOENIX, Arizona, March 8. WE had two American records and two national high school records fall recently in the pool, and we wanted to know which of them you found to be the most impressive. With 38.77 percent of the vote, Breeja Larson's American record of 57.43 in the 100-yard breast was the most popular among voters. Georgia's American record in the women's 800 free relay with a 6:52.64 placed second in the poll with 26.09 percent, while the national high school records set by Connor Black in the 100 fly and Germantown Academy's girls 400 free relay finished third and fourth in voting.

The women's NCAA division I championships are less than two weeks away, and while Larson and Georgia's 800 free relay will be definitely on everyone's radar, we want to know how you think the team race will stack up. In our new poll you have four teams to choose from for the overall team title. Will it be Georgia or Stanford, or will it be reigning champion Cal or the University of Southern California? If you think another team is going to take the team trophy, pick other. We're anxious to see what you think, so go to our home page at swimmingworld.com and vote in the poll. We'll bring you the results next week.
