Poll of the Week: How Will Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps Fare in the 200 IM and 400 IM at the Olympic Games?

PHOENIX, Arizona, July 20. MICHAEL Phelps is part of the topic of our newest poll question, which wonders how the two head-to-head matchups between him and Ryan Lochte will go down in London. How do you think the two will fare in the 200 IM and 400 IM at the Olympics? Will Lochte win both, or will Phelps win both? Or will Lochte win the 400 IM, with Phelps winning the 200 IM? Or will Lochte win the 200 IM and Phelps taking gold in the 400 IM? Go to swimmingworldmagazine.com/poll now to pick one of these four options, and we'll bring you the results next Friday, the day before the two swim the 400 IM.

The Olympics are one week away, and one of the big stories that will be discussed when the Games starts is Michael Phelps' decision to drop the 200 freestyle from his schedule to put all of his focus on the 400 freestyle relay.

Last week we asked you if Phelps made a good decision, and almost 71 percent of you said yes, he did make a good choice. 29 percent said he did not. The 400 freestyle relay takes place on Sunday, July 29.
