Poll of the Week: Besides the United States, Which Country Was Most Impressive in Swimming at the Olympics?

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 6. NOW that swimming is complete, we wanted to get your impressions on the top country from the Games, besides the United States. You have four options in this poll. Was it Australia, China, Japan or South Africa that most impressed you in London? Go to swimmingworldmagazine.com/poll and place your vote. We'll bring you the results of the vote on Friday.

The United States and China continue to lead the medal tally at the Olympics, and before the Games began we asked you which country would claim bragging rights as the country to win the most medals across all sports once the Olympics were over. Given that many of our readers are in the United States, it's probably no surprise that the USA got the most votes, 57.14 percent to be exact. China got 35.71 percent of the votes, while host nation Great Britain received no votes, and 7.14 percent of votes went to our “other” option. Right now, China holds a slim lead on the medal tally, and the gold medal tally as well.
