PHOENIX, Arizona, March 10. PLEASANTON Seahawks' Maxime Rooney, 12, has been named the TYR Age Group Swimmer of the Month in the March issue of Swimming World Magazine.
Rooney has a strong meet at the Pacific Coast All-Star Meet in Gresham, Ore., where he won the 100-yard free (50.19), 200 free (1:49.96), 500 free (4:58.13), 50 back (26.98) and 100 back (56.02).
