SINGAPORE, September 5. EARLIER today, some of the best sprinters in the world took part in a worldwide sprint extravaganza at the Singapore Swim Stars meet.  USA’s Nathan Adrian and Australia’s Melanie Schlanger both managed to pocket $20,000 in prize money as each won a pair of individual freestyle titles.

Thanks to meet organizers and official meet photographer Norman Ng of Action Images, we have a chance to show you some of the best images from the amazing competition.  The meet, part of a three-day swimming-focused event that will feature clinics tomorrow and an open water event on Sunday, also had some exhibition synchronized swimming.
