Olympians Could Appear on Tonight’s Episode of The Apprentice

NEW YORK, May 12. TONIGHT’S episode of The Apprentice, the NBC reality television show featuring Donald Trump, could feature a number of Olympic swimmers as part of one of the challenges. It’s uncertain who will appear, although it is likely that several stars made it beyond the editing process.

Tonight’s episode continues the head-to-head duel between Kendra and Tana, the final two contestants battling for a job in Trump’s organization. Next week, the real estate tycoon will make his final selection. Kendra and Tana have outlasted 16 other contenders.

The swimmers are expected to appear as part of the NYC2012 Challenge, the task given to Tana as her final chore. The challenge, which also includes Olympic athletes in other sports, is intended to bring publicity to New York City’s bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games.

This season marks the third installment of The Apprentice and the one-hour episode is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. (EDT).
