PHOENIX, Arizona, June 29. TODAY in the Swim Shop we are proud to announce the debut of a new DVD from Gary Hall Sr. and The Race Club: The Fundamentals of Fast Swimming.

Featuring in-water demonstrations by Olympians Gary Hall Jr., Nathan Adrian, Milorad Cavic, George Bovell, Guy Barnea and Ozzie Quevedo, The Fundamentals of Fast Swimming reduces the complex laws that govern all stroke techniques, drag, motion and inertia, into simple and meaningful training methods. For each of these fundamentals, specific drills are demonstrated that will help swimmers improve their efficiency and speed in the water.
