Osborn's record as a Masters swimmer includes swimming the English Channel as well as holding the women's 35-39 age group record at the Hawaii Ironman for 13 years.

Readers will find five workouts included in this feature with breakouts for advanced, experienced, intermediate and rookie levels of ability. In addition, a suggested meet warm-up rounds out this month's offering.

One of the most critical elements of swimming relays is the start. In this issue Olympic gold medalist Jason Lezak, who brought the U.S. 400 free relay team back to win gold in Beijing, has tips for getting the most out of your relay starts.
