NCAA Men’s Division I Psych Sheet Released

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 12. THE NCAA Men's Division I Championship psych sheet has been released by the organization today.

Overall, 10 teams picked up double-digits entrants from their teams for a total of 124 of the athletes out of the total invitation list of 235. Incredibly, that is 52 percent of the entire field.

With Auburn looking to match Indiana's record run of six national titles from 1968 to 1973, the other nine teams with 10 or more entrants will be looking to end that streak.

Florida leads all teams with 17 invitees, while Texas is second with 16. Auburn (15), Arizona (14), Stanford (14), California (13), Minnesota (13), Michigan (12) and Virginia (10) comprised the rest of the teams with double-digit invitees.

If seeds times hold up, there are very few clear favorites in the meet. Texas, with its 800 free relay American record of 6:10.55, has the inside track on the distance relay race, while Cesar Cielo of Auburn will look to double up in the 50 free (18.91) and 100 free (41.25). Additionally, Michigan's Scott Spann has a strong chance at walking away with the 200 breast after a top-seeded time of 1:53.17.
