Morning Swim Show: Vlad Morozov Back to College After Successful Fall Season

PHOENIX, Arizona, January 18. VLADIMIR Morozov is back on the collegiate scene after a semester off, and the Southern Cal junior talks about his NCAA preparation on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Morozov, who will compete in this weekend's SMU Classic, used the fall semester to work with coaches and swimmers in Russia before competing in the European and world championships. The experience helped Morozov work on freestyle technique and strength, and aid him in winning two short course world titles. With the NCAAs approaching, Morozov talks about returning to the team at USC and how training has been in the past few weeks. He also looks ahead to this summer's world championships where he'll help Russia again on relay duty, provided he can qualify for the team among such fierce competition. Morozov also gives news about his chances of representing the United States in the future and why he came to such a decision. Be sure to visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews.
